In Loving Memory of Chandra Shekhar Bhatt

With heavy hearts, we remember Chandra Shekhar Bhatt, a cherished friend, family member, and colleague of the Navdanya Family for over 28 years. A dedicated plant expert, his wisdom and love for nature helped us grow, learn, and deepen our connection with the Earth.

His bright smile, kind heart, and unwavering commitment to protecting and nurturing life around him touched countless lives, whether at the farm, in the grassroots movements, or among those privileged to know him.

Though he is no longer with us, his spirit will forever live on in the seeds he planted, the knowledge he shared, and the lives he inspired. The Holy Ganges has called back her son, but his legacy will continue to flourish in every tree, every field, and every heart that beats for Mother Earth.
