Join us for a week-long transformative course<\/strong> with Vandana Shiva and Prof. Apoorvanand Jha on exploring the relevance of Gandhian principles of Swaraj<\/strong> (self-rule), Swadeshi<\/strong> (self-reliance), and Satyagraha<\/strong> (truth-force), along with Ahimsa<\/strong> (non-violence), and Sarvodaya<\/strong> (welfare for all).<\/p>\n

Gandhi promoted a decentralized socio-political system<\/strong> where local communities were empowered to achieve self-reliance<\/strong> and take responsibility for fostering peace and harmony at the grassroots level<\/strong>, inclusive of people, and the planet.<\/p>\n

It is only without human dominance, and with coexistence<\/strong>, that the connection with nature is crucial for allowing each species, and world ecosystem to thrive.<\/p>\n

The course will deepen our understanding of how these values are intertwined with our relationship to nature and the Earth.<\/p>\n
