Drawing on extensive experience in defending biodiversity, seeds, and water, the presentation illustrated how legal innovation must be rooted in living examples of ecological democracy and community participation. Special attention was given to the theme of water resilience, underlining that restoring the integrity of water cycles is essential for reimagining thriving ecosystems, soils, and community life.<\/p>\n
By bringing together diverse disciplines and territories under a common vision, the LUMEN Conference reaffirmed that the future of law, like that of the Earth, depends on our capacity to regenerate the living systems that sustain us \u2014 beginning, always, with the seed.
